Northwest Hotel Investment Forum Announces Spring 2023 Centerpiece Panel: Intelligence and Wisdom from Hotel Industry Luminaries
Seattle, WA (March 16, 2023) - The Northwest Hotel Investment Forum (NHIF) today announced that its centerpiece program for its April 27, 2023, meeting will be "Intelligence and Wisdom from Hotel Industry Luminaries."
The panel will include a panel of nationally-recognized, industry leaders who will discuss some of the most pressing and relevant issues facing the industry and the risk and opportunities they present, including current and expected changes in demand drivers, distribution and payment channels, marketing and sales investments, ebbs and flows in portfolio growth, and asset management strategies.
The panelist are Cindy Estis Green (Co-Founder and CEO, Kalibri Labs), Gissell Moronta (SVP, Atrium Hospitality), and Allison Reid (Chief Global Growth Officer, Aimbridge Hospitality). The panel's moderator is Dorothy Dowling (Managing Director, Horwath HTL). Emmy Hise (Director of Hospitality Analytics, CoStar) and Mark Lukens (Managing Director, LW Hospitality Advisors) will also participate in the meeting’s program and provide information, forecasts, and analysis on hotel performance and transactions.
The program host and chair is Irvin Sandman of Sandman Savrann PLLC, a national law firm devoted to the hospitality industry.
NHIF is an invitation-only, semi-annual forum for principals and executives of hotel owners, brands, management companies, developers, investors, and lenders. Founded in 2011, NHIF’s purposes are to provide a select-group setting for high-level industry discussions and to help spur hotel acquisitions, development, investment partnerships, and growth.
